Inky Paws Challenge #88 Reminder

Create a project using colors:  Red, Sky Blue, Black, and White

Here is my inspiration!

For my card, I started with my background using Distress Oxide Inks with the  Plaid Stencil set. I then used the Frames & Flags die to cut.  (I adore this die set!)  I stamped and colored two images from the  Newton's Birthday Bash stamp set using the colors from the challenge. I added foam tape to give them dimension, and added Glossy Accents to the balloon. I also added black and white twine for the balloon's string. For the sentiment banner, I used a die from the Frames & Flags die set and embossing a sentiment from the Newton's Birthday Balloons .
