Inky Paws Challenge #71

This biweekly challenge is a:
Color challenge
Create a project using the colors:
Green, Orchid, Violet and Periwinkle Blue

My card features Bubbly Stencil , Newton's Birthday Balloons  and Birthday Essentials stamp sets.
I just love all the bubbly circles of this card!
