Mini Card--3 x 3.

This card was made in honor of There She Goes 5 Year Birthday Celebration. This week's challenge was to make a birthday card with banners. I chose to use Cattitude. I paper pieced the bow, "cocktale," and dress. Then colored the kitty with Spectrum Noir markers. So "cheers" to TSG for5 great years.
