I used Build a Banner stamps and dies
as well as  the sentiment from Written in the Stars.
I added some embossed stripes because I was also inspired 
by Avery Elle's Challenge

    Oh my, oh my!!! Seriously sparkly and way beyond gorgeous!!! Love those gold lines at the bottom and that sprinkling of gold sequin confetti - makes this card simply unforgettable!!! You are such an inspiration to me,!!!
