Here is this week's cupcake:

Create a project with a spectacular background!

Now for my inspiration:

For my spectacular background, I embossed the background using black embossing powder and old word stamp. Then I used Distress Oxide inks to blend in a dark, "scary" background and cut it using Newton's Nook Designs Framework die. I used the Crafty Sentiments Designs' Harriet-Witchy Ride and colored her using Prismacolor Pencils. I added some shimmer to her using Stella Wink. I stamped the sentiment from an old stamp and adhered it to a black banner. I added a washi tape strip and silver stars to finish it off.
