Here's my card for the Time Out Challenges #210--Happiness is A Warm Puppy

My card features Newton's Nook Designs Puppy Friends stamp set and Circle Frames die set. 
The background was created using the Sunny Studios Country Scenes stamp set. 
I used Prismacolor pencils for this card.
