Inky Paws Challenge #212 Reminder

 

The current Inky Paws Challenge continues!

Use the challenge colors, Pine Bough Green, Christmas Red, Kraft, and Black, with your NND products. 

One lucky participant will win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs!  You have until Friday, December 8, 2023 at Midnight CST to link up your project using the challenge theme!

For my card, I created a black background with a hardwood finish. I used the retiring Hardwood stencil and cut it with the postage-edged die from the Framework die set. I then created the Kraft panel using gold foil with the Holiday Foliage Hot Foil Plate. I added a red and a green border to pull in more of the challenge colors.  My star feature is the image from the Fireside Friends stamp set.  Those darlilng critters remind me of my own fur babies that become heat hogs whenever the fireplace is turned on!  I used gold foil to create the sentiment using the Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate. I love all the textures in this card and the coziness of it.
