CIC419--Frantic Stamper

We are sponsored this week by Frantic Stamper, Inc.

  Frantic Stamper, Inc. is generously providing a $25 gift certificate to our randomly chosen winner.

Each challenge, we provide a cupcake to inspire you to create a card  or other craft project following our suggested theme or colors.  Here is this week's cupcake (linked to original source):

For my card, I used Frantic Stamper's Diamond Grid Panel Die.  I die cut the panel and then laid the panel over my card based. Using Oxide Inks, I then sponged on the ink.  I just love how these panel dies can be used as a stencil.  Fun!  I then stamped and colored the wizard and owl (Newton's Nook Designs).  I then sprinkled on some sequins.  I love how this all turned out.  :)

CIC378--Frantic Stampers

Welcome to this week's Cupcake Inspiration Challenge. We have a wonderful sponsor--Frantic Stamper--who is generously providing one lucky winner a $20 gift certificate to their store.

For my card Frantic Stamper provided me with a set of precision dies--Tropical Drinks.  I was so, so excited to get these because I love
summery cocktails.

Well I wasn't quite sure how to use these dies with the colors of our challenge. Then I recalled one of my favorite shooters. It's called a Blue-Eyed Blond--recipe to follow.  When done correctly, It makes the most beautiful drink using this week's colors!

I used the die and cut out several different layers using the colors. Then I assembled the layers and added Glossy Accents. I cut out and assembled the different layers of card stock, stamped the sentiment, added the shooter and then the sequins.  Pretty simple card, but oh how fun!

I hope our colors inspire you!  Maybe you will be the lucky winner to Frantic Stamper!  Be sure to link up!

Blue Eyed Blond drink recipe

made with
* 1 part-Blue Curacao,
* 2 part-Clear Creme de Cacao,
* 1-part-Irish Cream.
If you are really careful, you can layer the drink.  It is seriously yummy, but beware they are potent!
