You are the Sprinkles

It was a long weekend, so I pulled out some never been used stamps. This little set is from Neat and Tangles--Say Yes to Donuts.
Here's the inside.  I can't wait to give this to someone I love with a half-dozen of yummy donuts!
Those good looking donuts are from a DCWV Premium Stack--Good Eats.  I used a die cut from Your Next Thing--Fun With Squares--to make it look like a divided donut box.

CIC371--Neat and Tangle

Welcome to this week's Cupcake Inspirations Challenge.  (I've been having Internet issues--supposedly it's upgrading, but I get Internet for 1 minute then it goes off for 1-5 minutes, so if your reading this and suddenly the rest of the sentence is missing you know why!) This week's Shine Bright challenge is sponsored by Neat & Tangled.  (They have some super fun images that fit this challenge perfectly.)  Be sure to check out the other DT Sweeties to see how they used Neat & Tangled products!  You'll be inspired!

For my card, I used Neat & Tangled's Awesome Die and Sunburst stamp.  For the sunburst, I used my Mini Misty a lot!  I first stamped the image several times in black to get a very solid black foundation.  I then stamped again and added silver embossing powder. I did this twice to ensure the embossing covered the entire image.  Once done, I decided it wasn't bright and shiny enough, so I pulled out Ranger's Holographic embossing powder--it did the trick! I liked the subtle shimmery colors.  I then cut out the image and used my Perfect Layers tool to make a black mat.  For the sentiment, I die cut Awesome out of DCWV glimmer card stock.  I love this die set as it has the background die as well as the word.  I used both black and magenta for the sentiment.  Then I die cut some a couple of stars.  Using some fun foam I added some dimension.  The final touch was some sequins and confetti stars.

I hope you are inspired to join this week at Cupcake Inspirations!

You're Beary Special--Neat & Tangle

Well, I'm trying to get better at shaker cards. Here's tonight's attempt.  I used Neat & Tangled's Little Bear. I am loving that cute little bear! I water colored the background in the shaker with my Tombow markers. The fun sequins are from Lawn Fawn.  Thanks for stopping by!  I invite you to be a follower if you like my work!  Hugs, Debbie
