My card features STAMPlorations' Hearts All Over Stencil. I used Sugar Spun Distress Ink to sponge lightly to create a festive background. Then I stamped the sentiment (STAMPlorations' Bold Sentiment: Cherish) using black Momento ink then went over it with a sparkly gel pen. I added the ribbon and bow and tossed in some bling.
