Here's my interpretation of the sketch!

I've been enjoying a lot of ice cream lately which inspired me to make this card. I started by stamping in pink, teal, and lime green the ice cream cones using the Summer Scoops stamp set.  I used the same colors and added a teal strip and a lime green striped paper. I then die cut the pink scalloped circle on which I placed my ice cream lovin' feline from the Newton's Summer Treats stamp set. I stamped the sentiment in teal and a pink heart. I die cut the banner using the Frames & Flags die set.  The smile circle was die cut using the Frames Squared die set. I stamped the smile sentiment in teal and another pink heart was added.
