My dad's birthday is coming up, and many of my fondest childhood memories are when I helped him at my grandfather's farm. So this week's card has a farming theme. I created a red wood-grain background using the Hardwood stencil, embossing paste mixed with Red Barn Distress Ink. I ran it through my Big Shot with the Framework die set. I created the green grass using the Land Borders die set. I stamped lots of bales of hay and fussy cut them to create the center strip of the sketch. I added a kraft card stock, scallop-edged circle using the Circle Frames die set. Using the same set, I cut out a smaller circle on white card stock which I then stamped the barn and added a path. Last I stamped the cow from the Moo stamp set and colored with Spectrum Noir markers.
I hope you will join the Inky Paws challenge. This is a fabulous skectch.
Hugs,
Debbie
