JUGS #95 & CFC #13
Just Us Girls' Challenge this week is to use fabric on your card. I have been wanting to make those cute little flowers for hair accessories. It turned out pretty good for my first try. I was going to put it on a barrette and adhere to the card to make the birthday card into a small gift, but alas, I forgot to purchase barrettes at the craft store. For this card it is only an embellishment. I colored the doily with some dark pink ink (unknown source). Pattern paper was K&Company's Berry Sweet Collection. The sentiment is from Skipping Stone Design's Pumpkin Seed Sentiments using Memories black dye ink pad. The button and jewels were purchased from JoAnn's. I made a longer card for CAS-ual Fridays challenge #13--the long and short of it. The end result is a bright and colorful birthday card! Thanks for visiting!
