| For this card, I used some cloud stamps from Paper Smooches. I used a sponge and white ink to color in the clouds. I printed the kitty image on both white card stock and pattern paper. I paper pieced the balloon and tied some twine! The kitty was colored with Spectrum Noir markers! |
