This card was a Featured Player card at SPARKS Paper Smooches!
Today I tried my hand at DIY stencils using The Cat's Pajamas' Chevron die and Tim Holtz Distress Ink-Picked Raspberry. I was inspired by Jennifer McGuire who created a fabulous video showing how to create your own stencil using your die cuts AND how to color your white embossing paste! Seriously check it out! I loved how bright the chevrons turned out, so I decided to continue with bright neon colors. I used the sketch from Paper Smooches' March Designer Draft and several PS stamps sets: We Totally Click (small light bulb and sentiment), Giddy Gumdrops (little bow), Sugar Rush (large light bulb's smile), Perpetual Bliss (big light bulb that I did some masking). I love when you can combine stamps (except somewhere in my mad stamping I misplaced my Giddy Gumdrop set. How does that happen?) Well, anyway it was a super fun card to make!
