Details:
Paper--from my never shrinking stash.
Plastic bag--I used my new We R Memory Fuse tool and a plastic page protector. I created a small bag by fusing three sides. I added some fall colored sequins (Dollar Tree...seriously!) before fusing the top. (Looks like a need a bit more practice as I noticed the top wasn't quite parallel to the bottom!)
