CIC367--Your Next Stamp


Welcome to this week's Cupcake Inspirations Challenge.  This week we are inspiring you to create Tropical-themed projects. Don't you just love those icing-covered pineapples?

For my card, I pulled out one of my favorite YNS stamps--Jungle Critters. I just adore that cute, little toucan. I colored him and the tree with Spectrum Noir markers. The flower and pineapple are from Sunny Studio. To create the background scene, I sponged distress inks then die cut the oval. I added some die cut clouds, adhered all the elements. I finished up with some bright polka dotted washi tape.

    While your coloring is absolutely stunning, that strip of hot pink wash tape really makes the whole card. Don't ask me why, but it just ties everything together. Beautiful card this week.
