Create a project featuring Under the Sea!

Here's my inspiration:

For my card, I used a Newton image from the Newton's Costume stamp set.  The sentiment is from the Lawn Fawn's Fintastic Friends stamp set.  The frame dies are also from Newton's Nook Designs.  I used the Frames & Flags set, the Framework set, and I also used the Sea Borders die set.
