CIC369--My Grafico

Hello and welcome to this week's Cupcake Inspirations Challenge.
This week we are challenging you to make a project using the theme--
Great Outdoors!
We have a wonderful sponsor returning--
One lucky participant will win one digi set of winner's choice.

For my card I used a camper image from the Cool Caravans Collection.

I just adore these vintage campers, but, alas, I didn't have access to a color printer to get to showcase those fun colors.  Wanting to still use them, I inserted the image into a Power Point and adjusted the color settings.  This allowed me to print the image in a lighter gray color. I then outlined and colored the image with my gel pens. I opted for a pink and gray trailer.

Wouldn't you just love getting to "Glamp" in it!
For the background, I mixed some embossing paste with Distress Ink. Then I put it over a star stencil.  Once that dried, I added the sentiment (Stampendous), punched the grass. I added the camper.  To add some sparkle, I added some black and silver stars.  I loved how it turned out, and I would truly like to own this fun vintage trailer!
Can't wait to see how you interpret this week's theme!
~Debbie

CIC324--My Grafico

http://www.mygrafico.com/

Hello everyone!  For those who started school this past week, I hope all is well and you've survived!  I must admit I am still recovering, but I am loving my new third graders...all 54 of them!  Now onto this week's colors for Cupcake Inspirations--orange, lavender, and jade!  At first I wasn't so sure, but once I embraced them, I totally fell in love!  (Hopefully you will too and join us this week!)  We have a super fun sponsor--My Grafico!

Details:
Image--My Grafico--Tropical Birds
Sentiment--Paper Smooches
Markers--Spectrum Noir
Ribbon--from Michael's
Dots--?

As this is a CAS card, the steps for making this was pretty straight forward.  I cut the base card and a slightly smaller rectangle. I embossed three vertical lines.  I added the ribbon and stamped the sentiment.  I then stamped the image and colored it with Spectrum Noir markers.  I adhered the rectangle to the base with dimension foam tape.  To finish it off, I added the image with more 3D foam and added the dots.

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #282--My Grafico

 Mygrafico Digitals Logo
It's a new challenge at Cupcake Inspirations.  This week it's a color challenge-ballet, cream, and gold. We are sponsored by My Grafico. The DT Sweeties used Stick Fairies digis.  I decided to use The Cat's Pajamas' Fancy Fold Cut-Ups to make a fold out card.  I decided to keep it pretty simple.  I colored the image with Spectrum Noir markers and added some sparkle with gold Stickles.  I paired up a couple flowers with some gold dots!  A fun birthday card for a little girl!

CIC258 My Grafico

Welcome to this week's Cupcake Inspirations Challenge.  This week My Grafico is offering a prize to a random participant.  I first learned about My Grafico last fall when diligently looking for clip art for my classroom superhero theme.  I felt like I had found a treasure chest when I stumbled upon this amazing online digi-arts and crafts store!  Not only was there an amazing selection, but everything was so affordable, which is especially important when on a teacher budget!  This week the Sweeties had the opportunity to work with Woodland Animals.

These critters are seriously cute!

This week is a color challenge, and look at those spectacular colors!  Perfect for spring! {swoon}  Can't wait to see how these colors inspire you!
Hugs, Debbie
