Pasture Birthday Card Set

I finally had time to play with the newly released Newton from the Farmer Newton stamp set. Then I stumbled on to this, new to me, challenge blog called FarmQuest General Store Challenge Blog!  Seriously, this stamp set is just what I needed play in this, and future, challenges.  In addition, to Farmer Newton, I pulled out some farm equipment from the Farming Fun stamp set. Newton's Nook Designs also has some super fun farm animal sets. I used the barn and hay bale from the Moo stamp set.  Then I ran out of stamped and cut hay blales, so I used a chicken from the Cluck stamp set on the white card. In addition, I used the Land Borders and the Slimeline Frames & Windows (cut down to 2 windows) die sets to create the design. I love how this set turned out, and the sentiment is perfect because I love making cards, but never seem to send them on time!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Hugs,
Debbie

I am also entering these cards to the following challenges:

Though I did lots of farm work on my grandfather's farm, most of the work came from two important "boys" in my life--Pappaw and my dad. I dedicate these cards, and all future farm-themed cards, to your memory. I have so many fond memories of bottle-feeding the calves, baling hay, "helping" with the pigs, and watching the crops grow.  My all time favorite is visiting and finding all the kittens!

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #481--Newton's Nook Designs

This biweekly challenge is sponsored bNewton's Nook Designs.

Newton's Nook Designs is generously providing $25 gift code to our randomly chosen winner.

Thank you for sponsoring this challenge!

This week we are challenge you to make a card/project
featuring Fall.

Newton's Nook Designs has so many autumn-themed stamps and stencils!  For my card, I decided to create a coffee-themed card using the Pumpkin Latte stamp set.  I started with a kraft card base. I pulled out ivory card stock and die cut it with the Frames Squared die set. Using orange, olive green, brown, and gray, I randomly stamped the small images from the Pumpkin Latte stamp set. I added an orange flag using the Frames & Flags die set. I cut off one end of the banner then added a little jute. I stamped the sentiment in the dark gray and added the pumpkin and latte images.  For my main attraction, I colored the latte lady in the same color scheme and popped her up with foam tape.

Now it's your turn to make a fall-themed card and link it up at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge!

FYI--Inky Paws Challenge is having a Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas challenge. I bet you could create a card using the  CIC's fall theme with IPC's Thanksgiving theme!  Double your changes of winning a NND store credit!  Yay!

You are the Sprinkles

It was a long weekend, so I pulled out some never been used stamps. This little set is from Neat and Tangles--Say Yes to Donuts.
Here's the inside.  I can't wait to give this to someone I love with a half-dozen of yummy donuts!
Those good looking donuts are from a DCWV Premium Stack--Good Eats.  I used a die cut from Your Next Thing--Fun With Squares--to make it look like a divided donut box.
