Gold & Silver Birthday

I'm on a roll today!  Amazing what I can accomplish when I don't have the stress of going to work on Monday!  This card features Waltzingmouse's Folk Art Labels No. 25.  It's a very elegant stamp set, so I decided to use just gold and silver.  Thanks for stopping by! ~Debbie

Just a Note with Feathers

For this card, I used the #107 sketch from Freshly Made Sketches and the colors from The Paper Players.  I wanted to heat emboss, so my colors were somewhat limited.  I used a midnight blue and a lighter blue.  Thanks for stopping by!
Hugs, Debbie

Hope is the thing with Feathers

Inspired By #91

When I saw this week's photo inspiration at Inspired By, it was love at first sight!  I am loving the chalkboard trend.  Pair this trend with October's Breast Cancer Awareness, and it's a very beautiful card.
Thanks for stopping by!

Shopping Our Stash:  SOS #121 Pink or Cancer Awareness/Support
I went through my older stamp sets, and I found this sentiment set (Stampin' Up 2004).  I thought this Emily Dickinson poem about hope was perfect for someone fighting breast cancer.

Challenges:
Color Throwdown

Sweet Stamp Shop

Here's my stash of flowers which rarely get used, so I pulled them out.  I didn't have a dark navy flower, so I used Distress Ink--Faded Jeans, and dyed it darker.
