CIC#478--Bugaboo

  This week we are challenge you to make a card/project 
featuring Blue and Yellow.

For my card, I used Bugaboo's Peaches Balloons digital image.  This image is just so fun to work with.  For Peaches, I colored her with blue-gray Spectrum Noir markers. I then colored the mouse in darker blue-gray markers.  The balloons are in blue and the heart die cuts are in yellow.  The scalloped-edged panel was die cut using Newton's Nook Designs Frames & Flags die set.  The sentiment is from the Paper Smooches' Scripty Sayings stamp set.

I know this is a very CAS card, but I wanted the elephant to take center stage!
