Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge!

I just love the new Newton's Nook Designs products, so I had to ink them up and begin playing with them!  This card features the new Halloween set, Happy Howl-oween.  As many of you may know, I am all about the cats, but I went ahead and got this doggy set.  And I am just loving color those puppies!  Imagine my friends and family's surprise getting a card this Halloween with dogs on it!  They will definitely think they are being tricked!  LOL  :)

For my background, I used the Bubbly stencil set and Twisted Citron Distressed ink.  I decided to round the corners as well as the black card base.  For my center panel, I selected black with a lime green striped adhered.  I used the stitched frame die from the Frames & Flags die set and added polka dotted washi tape.  I colored the white dots with a Spectrum Noir marker (YG3).  I stamped the crescent moon from the Spooky Skeletons stamp set in distress ink so it would be subtly visible.  I then stamped the sentiment in black (Spooky Skeletons). I added a purple/white twine bow to finish the card.
