Inky Paws Challenge #229

 

Today starts a new Inky Paws Challenge!

Here's my inspiration:

For my card, I cut a white panel using the Frames & Flags die set to get the scallop edging, and then I embossed it with a polka-dotted folder. I put that aside and die cut the oval frame using papers from the Springtime paper pad and the Oval Frames die set. I adhered the oval to the embossed panel and added the teal and white twine.  I stamped and colored the bicycling trio from the Cycling Friends stamp set using Copic markers. I popped the image on the oval using diminsion tape. I decided not to put the sentiment on the outside. Instead, I stamped it on the inside.
