Puns Bi Weekly Challenge 11--Project 1

Hello Everyone!

I am so excited to get to show my project today
 using some fab products!

Cuttin' & Stampin's theme is PUNS!

Seriously I love playing with words, so I was excited to use
Lawn Fawn's  Best Pun Ever stamp set!

Not only did I get to play with this stamp set,
I got to use some amazing papers!
These scrumptious papers are by My Mind's Eye.

Need to get your crafty hands on these
spectacular products and many more?
Visit:

Now for my card:

I stamped those fun Popsicles and colored
with Spectrum Noir markers.
I die cut several different sizes
of stitched squares and stacked them.
Though I loved all the gold embossed papers in this paper set,
I choose to spotlight this triangular printed paper.
I just love the shapes and colors!
I cut out some banners and layered them a
nd stamped the sentiment.
A fun, CAS card if I don't say so myself!
Now it's your turn to make a project using a pun!

Cuttin' and Stampin's Challenge #9--GOLD

Cuttin' and Stampin'
Hello everyone!
I'm taking a short break from my Cupcake Inspirations posts to
let you know about Cuttin' and Stampin's latest challenge.
Our theme is GOLD!
Have you noticed all the gold being used in scrapbooks and cards lately?
Well, I have, and I am LOVING it!

The Cuttin' and Stampin' design team was inspired by the new
Simple Stories I Am collection
and Lawn Fawn's
Lucky Stars stamp set.

These products and so much more are available at
Cuttin and Stampin Scrappy Supplies

For my gold-themed project, I altered a mini-journal.
All those fun I Am Bits and Pieces were just perfect for this project.
As for the paper, LOVE it!
I heat embossed (in gold) the sentiment for Lucky Stars on black paper.
Then I adhered it to that globe!  Then I just started layering different elements and adding some gold washi tape from my stash to add a bit more bling!

I am really happy with how it turned out!

Now it's your turn.

Hop on over and enter your gold-themed project HERE for a chance

to win a pkg. of goodies from the Cuttin and Stampin Scrappy Supply Store.
Can't wait to see what you create!
Hugs,
Debbie

Hello everyone!
Cuttin' and Stampin's bi-weekly challenge
is all about MASCULINE projects.

I know many people find masculine cards a bit more challenging,
but with the right stamps and papers, it's really quite easy and fun.

My hubby and I love to go camping,
so this set from Lawn Fawn- Happy Trails-is a perfect fit.
Look at that retro camper {swoon}!

Then there's this Authentique Durable collection.
The colors and patterns are perfect for that
masculine touch.

Coffee Challenge at Cuttin' and Stampin'

Hi everyone, I'm over at Cuttin' and Stampin with
my coffee-themed project for our latest challenge.

The design team had the privilege of using Prima's Coffe Break products!
I'm so loving them!  The colors are soft and lovely! Here take a peek:

Here's my project:

I distressed the edges by sanding them.
I used a doily and several different papers to create some fun layers.
I colored the coffee cup with Spectrum Noir, then added Glossy Accents.
I finished up with some ribbon and a wooden typewriter
to coordinate with the paper.

Now it's your turn.

Happy Spring!  Don't you just love this time of year with all the trees and flowers beginning to bloom and Easter just around the corner?  To make it even better, Cuttin' and Stampin's challenge this week is all about Easter.  The Design Team had the pleasure of using Paper Smooches "Spring Fling" and Imaginisce's paper pad and tags "Welcome Spring." Simon Says Happy Easter/Sweet Treats
As You Like It Challenge Favorite Style of Stitching (Real or Faux)
Stitching is still a newer technique for me but I prefer the real thing.  First it adds a fun new texture.  Second, I have a sewing machine sitting around collecting dust, so I get to use it!  Last, there's a lot of different type of stitch styles that could be used!

Cuttin' and Stampin' Guest Designer

I'm so happy and honored to be the very first Spotlight crafter at Cuttin' and Stampin'.  Cuttin' and Stampin' has fast become a favorite place to shop.  They offer some of the trendiest papers, stamps, and supplies at discount prices!  In addition, Cuttin' and Stampin' has fun, trendy weekly challenges. This week's theme is Anything Goes Using Something New, and there is still time to join in the fun!  I made two cards using new Paper Smooches stamps I got for Christmas!

My first card uses Paper Smooches' Group Hugs stamp set for the sentiment and their Crystal Clear stamp set for the jar, flowers and tag.(Almost forgot, see that shadow under the jar?  It's from Paper Smooches too--it's from the Shadow set.

This card was inspired by Just Jingle.  I love her style, so I CASEd her!
My second card is more whimsical and again uses Paper Smooches Group Hugs and Swanky Snowdudes stamp sets.

All of these sets can be purchased at Cuttin' and Stampin' Scrappy Supplies store. (Did I mention they have fabulous prices and great customer service?)  Thanks so much for stopping by!  I would love for you to follow me!  Hugs, Debbie
