Inspired By...#IP310

 

I have a sweet card using the sketch from Inspired By Challenge. I used some darling paper I recently picked up at Michael's. It's the Sprinkle, Shop paper pad by Recollections-Christmas.  I loved the pastel colors as well all the sweet treats.  I paired it with Newton's Nook Designs retired Newton's Candy Cane stamp set.  This is one of my, yes many, favorite holiday sets by Newton's Nook.  I created tags using My Favorite Things Tags Stax.  I colored with Copics.  I embossed the card base using a polka dotted embossing folder.  That's it.  Not a fancy card, but I think the simplicity is just purr-fect!

I love all the boxes presented in this challenge.

I used the Your Next Stamp die set (Fun With Squares) to create the white panel. I placed a gray woodgrain paper behind so it looked those square book shelves.  Then I filled the shelves with some books from Newton's Nook Designs-Never Enough Book stamp set as well as the vase from the NND-Cozy Home stamp set. I colored the images with Copic markers in cool shades.  I popped it on the purple card stock.  I love how it turned out!

I fell in love with this challenge...boxes.  I used a Your Next Stamp die set (Fun With Squares) to create the frame as well as the coffee cups. The sentiment is from the Thanks a Latte stamp set from Your Next Stamp.

Happy Spring with Umbrellas

For this card, I stamped the background using Stampendous-Cling Dream Text, then stamped multiple umbrellas using Paper Smooches--Sunny Side Up.  I colored the umbrellas and then cut them up to reflect the Retro Sketch.  Thanks for stopping by!
