YNS Puppy--Celebrate

I recently ordered myself lots of post-Christmas crafty supplies. I just love this sentiment from Avery Elle. I paired it up with a seldom used puppy stamp from Your Next Stamp. Being a feline fan, I usually use the kitty images instead!  I colored the puppy with Prismacolor pencils on kraft card stock. I'm entering this in the following contests!

Scent-sational Birthday

Darnell over at dkardkreations is having a super fun challenge--Never Before Used Schtuff).  For this challenge, I pulled out a skunk from There She Goes Stamps to play with.  I love this stamp set, but TSG is now out of business, so I don't use them.  Why is that?

For that balloon, I used some new sequins that I've never used.  Got these at the local dollar store.  I first stamped and colored the balloon (Lawn Fawn), then I covered it in Glossy Accents and added the sequins.  When that was dry, I added another layer of Glossy Accents.  I love how it turned out!
