CIC350--The Ribbon Resource

With spring just around the corner, Cupcake Inspirations is gearing up for spring showers and hopefully many beautiful rainbows. We have a wonderful sponsor for one lucky participant, The Ribbon Resource. Be sure to link up at Cupcake Inspirations!

My card features stamps and die cuts from Paper Smooches and ribbon from the Ribbon Resource. I started by die cutting the rainbow and then the base card. I added the different colors of the rainbow. I stamped the cloud and unicorn, fussy cut them, and added color with Spectrum Noir markers. I added some glitter with a gel pen. Once I adhered them to the base card, I added the ribbon and bow. I finished it by stamping the sentiment and adding some glimmer with the gel pen. At last, I added some sequins.
