Smooth Birthday

Here's another birthday card. This one is for my sister. I think this rounds up my June birthdays!  For this card, I used a new stamp set from Lawn Fawn--So Smooth. I am so loving this set!

I just love long weekends!  Here's a card using some darling Purple Onions stamps and MFT die cuts. I colored these cute images with Spectrum Noir markers. I embossed the white card stock then added some Distress Ink with a sponge. I added a bit of bling, twine, and ribbon to finish it off!

Summer Snorkeling

Here's cute Newton have some summer fun in his fish tank because let's face it...not everyone can afford to vacation by the ocean!  For this card, I made a super big shaker, so when it is shook, several different fish swim by!  See some of these fish below:

Not Feline Well?

My new Newton's Nook Designs stamps arrived in the mail yesterday! (Thanks, Jen, for such fast service!) For this card I used Newton's Sick Day and used several stamps to create the background. I then stamped and fussy cut Newton who was colored with Sprectrum Noir colored pencils. Afterwards, I cut the banner and half circle using Echo Park paper.  The rectangular banner was cut, distressed, and stamped.  Using some foam tape, I adhered everything. the finishing touch was to add some sequins (Cupcake Inspirations).  Now all I have to do is wait for someone to get sick!  (Just kidding!)  ~Debbie

I water colored some paper then added Glimmer Mist--Key Lime Pie--to add a bit of shimmer.  I die cut the banner (The Cat's Pajamas). Then I embossed the cute bunny (Newton's Nook Designs) with white embossing powder on vellum. I adhered the vellum, water colored paper, and photo frame (hand cut). I mounted all of this on green paper (scraps). I then mounted the background mats (again scraps). I used a bit of washi tape behind the banner. I added the darling arrow (Freckled Fawn) and some flower sequins and a button with twine. Last I added the sentiment (Newton's Nook Designs) and last sequin.
