Inky Paws Challenge #110 Reminder

Today I'm sharing some more inspiration
for our current challenge!

Here'a a refresher.
Colors Challenge

Create a project using the colors--teal, green, pink, and white.

Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge:

Dreaming of a pink Christmas by Debbie features Festive Flamingoes, Frames & Flags, and Fancy Edges Tag by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook

I am back with another flamingo card.  If you missed my Halloween Flamingo post,  my mom and I are having a "flamingo war," so I am committed to making her a flamingo card for the major holidays.  I haven't quite decided how to make a Thanksgiving one with these cute pink birds.  Stay tuned!

For this card, I went with my go to die set--Frames & Flags. I used the scallop-edged frame to give the card a nice soft edge.  I then repeatedly stamped the flamingos from the Festive Flamingos stamp set in various directions to set the stage for the tag. The tag was cut using the Fancy Edges Tag die set with the scallop-edged die.  I added pink and teal twine for the tassel.  I loved the sentiment, "Dreaming of a pink Christmas," and thought it would look good in a "dream" bubble, which I die cut using the Speech Bubbles die set. I added a little flamingo to pull the tag and background together. This little guy came from the Cozy Campers stamp set. And who should be fast asleep and dreaming?  My favorite little sloth from the Slothy Christmas stamp set. I added some Nuvo pearl drops for the thought circles.  Can't wait to give this card to my mom.  I know she will love to "hate" it!  LOL

Be sure to link up your project at Inky Paws Challenge for a chance to be a favorite and/or a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs!

Hugs,
Debbie
