A Pineapple a Day

Today I made a card using a very new die by Newton's Nook Designs, Filigree Oval Frame, with some very old paper (source unknown, but I bought this pad in Utah which was over 7 years ago). I also used two retired stamp sets by Newton's Nook Designs. I haven't used this koala from the retired mini stamp set, Pina Koala (2018). I paired it with another retired 2019 stamp set by NND, Pineapple Delight.

You Make My Heart Melt

I have a super cute holiday card featuring a little snowman from Paper Smooches Warm Hearts stamp set. I adore this fun snowman with his latte cup. I then used five different papers from Miss Kate Gingerbread Lane paper pad. I used the Heart Frames die set by Newton's Nook Designs.  I love the subtle colors of this paper pad.

Lucky that You are My Friend

I'm having so much fun making St. Patrick's Day cards. This fun card features the newly released Newton's Nook Designs stamp set, Newton's Lucky Clover. I used the NND stencil set, Plaid. The tag was created using the NND Fancy Edged Tags die set. I used Copic markers for the stamped image.

This card was inspired by The Library Challenge. The big, red bath tub on the cover had me pulling out an older Lawn Fawn's Rub-a-Dub Dub stamp set. I love the idea of a momma duck giving her babies a bubble bath!

I began by ink blending my background in Broken China Distress Oxide ink.  I added Newton's Nook Designs Bubbly stencil to make the background look like bubbles floating in the air.  A bit of black and white washi tape separates the wall from the floor.  I stamped and fussy cut out the ducks, bathtub and soap.  I pulled out my colored pencils to color them. I have to say I am liking that red tub!  For the bubbles, I added some Glossy Accents.
