Here'a a refresher.  It's a COLOR Challenge:  Use the colors white, blue, green, and yellow.

Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge!

Mew did it by Debbie features Newton's Graduation, Birthday Essentials, Bubbly, and Frames & Flags by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook
I used distress oxide inks to create this fun background. Then I used  the Bubbly stencil with white ink to create the fun bubbles. I used the celebrate sentiment from the Birthday Essentials with Newton from the Newton's Graduation stamp sets. The fun scalloped frame is from the Frames & Flags die set.

Love how this turned out!
Hope you will you join us!
Debbie

latest Cupcake Inspirations Challenge

Have you had a chance to make a card for our latest Cupcake Inspirations Challenge?

We are sponsored by Cupcake Inspirations who is generously providing our randomly chosen winner with a $5 from any of our 2018 sponsors!

This is a COLOR challenge.
Please use the colors PinkYellow, and Green on your card!

Below is the cupcake image to inspire you to create a card
or other craft project.

Here is my inspiration!

I used Newton's Nook Designs' Festive Flamingos stamp set. I made a shaker card and added white seed beads to mimic snow. I used Distress Oxide inks to create the pink striped background.  I added a splash of yellow sequins for a final touch!

Root Beer Fun

The tags include stamps from Newton's Nook Designs--Pug Hugs, Love Bites, Newton's Costume Party, Little Lilies, and Cameo Frame Die.

This year I was blessed to have a para educator in my classroom!  She is an amazing person, so I wanted to give her a little thank you gift.  She LOVES root beer, so I found lots of root beer items which include:
Bottles of root beer
Root beer barrels
A & W singles to go
Root beer flavored Twizzlers
Barq's root beer lip smacker
Root beer float pie (not shown)
Root beer queen tshirt (not shown)
Womens Root Beer Queen T-Shirt - Funny Food Humor XL Cranberry
and Root beer homemade cards.
My students also made little thank you cards that were the shape of a root beer bottle.

Here are the cards I made her:

This root beer themed card features sweet kittens from Newton's Nook Sweetheart stamp set.

This card features a darling pug from the Newton's Nook Pug Hugs stamp set.
The root beer bottle is from Fresh Squeezed Stamps, which unfortunately is no longer in business.

This card features Newton from Newton Loves Cake.  I cut out the cake and replaced it with a bottle of root beer.

Inky Paws Challenge #73 Reminder

There's still time to link up to the latest Inky Paws Challenge!

Here'a a refresher.  It's a SKETCH Challenge:  Use the sketch below.

Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge!

When life gives you lemonade by Debbie features Freshly Squeezed by Newton's Nook Designs; #newtonsnook

I created this fun summer card using the retiring Freshly Squeezed stamp set and the Frames & Flags die set for the background and banners.  I used Distress Oxide inks to create the background. I found some pattern paper and card stock that match wonderfully. I stamped and colored the lemonade stand using the same color scheme.  I took some liberty with the sketch. As mentioned above, this is a retiring stamp set, so be sure to snatch your set before they are gone! Can't wait to see what you make.  Be sure to link up at Inky Paws Challenge!

I am a bit jealous of these bears as I would love be in those chairs sipping a nice brewed drink!  Thanks for stopping by!
