I love the geeky glasses on the gingerbread man! Thanks for the opportunity to win some blog candy!

Congrats Beth H!

Coffee Lovers' Blog Hop-Project 3 & Blog Candy

I wanted to sneak in one more coffee card before the deadline.  I've had so much fun with this amazing Blog Hop.  Thanks Amy!   Hopefully I'll have time to visit and comment on the nearly 300 entries!  They are all wonderful!  Here's my project.  This one features Cocoa the mouse with a very yummy latte.  This is one of my all time favorite coffee images (as well as my favorite mouse)!  Be sure to hop over to Korin's blog because she has blog candy which includes this very stamp: Cocoa's Latte stamp set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

I also have some blog candy. It's not Cocoa, but it is from another one of my favorite stamp companies, Paper Smooches. I have the Market Fresh set as well as a 6 x 6 paper pad from  Echo Park--Keepin' Cozy for some lucky person!

The Alley Way Stamps-December Guest Designer

Hi everyone!
I am so excited and very honored to be a Guest Designer for The Alley Way Stamps!  I love Alison's amazing stamps, and the TAWS design team always amazes me!

I made two cards today which were both inspired by this month's Be Inspired Challenge photo, especially that beautiful white tree with the green, red and gingerbread ornaments.

For my first card, I used Holiday Sparkles and True Colors. I created a stencil by die cutting a star from thick card stock. I placed the stencil on the card base then stamped the brush stroke using Distressed inks until I had completely filled in the star.  I repeated this several times then stamped the sentiment.  To add a bit of sparkle, I added some glitter as well as colored over the stars with a glitter gel pen.

My second project is a little gift card bag for one of my granddaughters.  I used the Background Check to create the random ornaments on the tree.  I colored the circles with Spectrum Noir markers and add Glossy Accents to add dimension.  I stamped, colored, fussy cut the gingerbread man as well as the tiny tag.  I add some twine and ribbon and pearls.  The bigger tag inside was punched to hold a gift card.

Thanks for stopping by!  I'll be back later this month with more inspiration!

Debbie

CIC 289--Sponsored by Your Next Stamp

http://cupcakeinspirations.blogspot.com/2014/11/challenge-289.htmlWelcome to our new challenge-Moon and Stars!  We have a wonderful sponsor--Your Next Stamp.  I've used two of their delightful products--Believe in the Magic Reindeer, and a retired snow globe stamp.  If you are not familiar with Your Next Stamp, I highly recommend you check them out!  As for my card, I wanted lots of sparkle, so I went with  houndstooth silver card stock.  I used a couple dies from Sweet 'n Sassy.  I sprinkle on some silver confetti stars. Added some shine with a gel pen.  You might have noticed that the moon is missing in my little scene.  You can't see it because it's a new moon!  LOL  I really hope you will join us at Cupcake Inspirations for this challenge!
Your Next Stamp is generously providing a prize a $10 gift certificate to our randomly chosen winner.
Happy crafting,
Debbie
