Poppy Sketch #16

A new challenge at Poppy Sketches is starting!  This time we are sponsored by CutCardStock. I totally love the shimmer on the silver card stock, and I love this glitter black/silver chevron paper!  What an easy way to add sparkle without a mess! Since there was all this sparkle and glitter, I decided to combine this sketch with the Inky Paws Challenge--Add a Little Sparkle!  I pulled out my favorite kitty--Newton!  I used Stickles to add sparkle to the lights.  Then I added some sequins, twine, and a glittery button to finish it off!  What a great way to get my Christmas card making started!  Now it's your turn to use the Poppy Sketches' sketch and a pop of chevron!  You might even want to add a bit of sparkle!  ~Debbie~

Golden Wreath with Newton

So excited to pull out my Christmas Newton stamps!  This month's Inky Paws Challenge is to add a little Sparkle.  I used a gold pen to color the wreath, added some sequins, gold string, and a touch of Stickles!  Even the peppermint ribbon has a hint of sparkle!  Such a fun card to make!

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #282--My Grafico

 Mygrafico Digitals Logo
It's a new challenge at Cupcake Inspirations.  This week it's a color challenge-ballet, cream, and gold. We are sponsored by My Grafico. The DT Sweeties used Stick Fairies digis.  I decided to use The Cat's Pajamas' Fancy Fold Cut-Ups to make a fold out card.  I decided to keep it pretty simple.  I colored the image with Spectrum Noir markers and added some sparkle with gold Stickles.  I paired up a couple flowers with some gold dots!  A fun birthday card for a little girl!

Boo Y'All

More fun images from The Cat's Pajamas!  This is my favorite bunny image, but this time he's scary...well a bit scary!

Oh, I have been having too much fun with Halloween cards this year!  Halloween is not my favorite holiday, but I am sure loving making cards.  Fortunately one of my co-workers gives all of her grandchildren cards for Halloween and she bought 12 from me!  Yea!  This card features a very fun mummy from The Cat's Pajamas new release!

Halloween with the Boo Crew

Inky Paws Challenge Top Pick

I just can't get enough of Newton's Nook Boo Crew stamps!  This time I wanted to use the entire Boo Crew while using the Inky Paws' colors.  I created another watercolor sunset with some new watercolors I picked up at Michael's today.  The fun tree is a Silhouette hubby bought me a Silhouette Portrait for my birthday and I am finally get time to play with it!

Anything Goes

Trick-or-Treat with Bunnicula

Today's craft session was all about Halloween cards!  I am still playing with my new Boo Crew stamps from Newton's Nook Designs.  I've been digging through my very old stash of Halloween paper.  I so want to buy some new pads, but I have so much just sitting there!

In case you are not aware, Cupcake Inspirations Theme Challenge this week is Story Time!  The first time I saw this vampire bunny I was reminded of the book, Bunnicula.  It is one of my favorite children's chapter books.  Chester, the cat, is convinced that the new bunny the family brought home is a vampire! Have a stamp that reminds you of a book?  Be sure to join us this week!

CIC281--Story Time with Frankenstein

Oh, this week's challenge at  Cupcake Inspirations is one of my favorite theme challenges--Story Time!  There are so many wonderful children's books that I love that could easily be turned into a card.  For this card, I used a Bugaboo image--Bobblehead hween Frank.
