Celebrate, it's your day!

I'm trying to replace some birthday cards, and I'm sharing a "grown-up" one featuring some delicious cocktails. And, nope, these are not "nada" versions! For me, these fruity drinks are best served on a hot, summer day celebrating with friends!
Thanks for stopping by!

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Card #5

My 6th coffee lovers card features products from sponsor The Cat's Pajamas.
This is an older stamp set (N-8879) featuring some darling caffeinated critters.  Don't you love the little puppy with his blood-shot eyes just waiting for his coffee to cool!  I also used Newton's Nook Designs Slimline Masking Circles & Squares stencil set.

A Big Cup of Thanks

A big cup of thanks features The Cat's Pajamas and Newton's Nook Designs

Another card using the same image as my last two posts. This cat in his big mug by The Cat's Pajamas--This Could Be Vodka.  This time I added a donut to the kitty's hand (Newton's Nook Designs--Newton's Donut) and a sentiment in the mug (NND's Newton's Mug). I die cut the paper layers using Newton's Nook Design's Frames & Flags die set. The fun pattern papers are from Doodlebugs--Coffee Break. Nothing fancy, but a fun card!

Another card featuring this fun cat in his coffee mug from The Cat's Pajamas-This Could be Vodka.  I used the Your Next Stamp Crazy for Coffee paper pad.  I used Newton's Nook Designs Framework die set.  I added a bit of twine and glossy accents.

This card features a fun coffee stamp set from The Cat's Pajamas. I also pulled out Your Next Stamp's Crazy for Coffee paper pad. I used Newton's Nook Designs Frames & Flags die set.  I paper pieced the coffee mug and colored the cat with Spectrum Noir markers.  The combination of coffee images makes for a fun card!

You Bet Giraffe I Miss You

A while back I won a goodie box and this darling The Cat's Pajamas stamp and die set was part of it!  Jungle Boogie comes with these three delightful critters. I used the Tropical Leaves stencil by Newton's Nook Designs to create the colorful leaves behind the scene.

May Your Coffee Be Strong

Today's card feature a coffee-lovin' feline from the What the Froth by The Cat's Pajamas. I've been wanting to play with this set for quite some time, so when I spied the TCP challenge using stencils, I just had to pull out one of my favorite stencil sets--Plaid stencil set by Newton's Nook Designs. I used the NND's Frames Squared die set for the center panel. I thought the feline looked quite regal in his plush chair, so I decided to use lavender--all shades of purple are my favorite!  I added a couple of enamel silver-glitter dots.

Coffee--Java a nice day!

This is another new set I recently purchased set from The Cat's Pajamas. This fun coffee set is called This Could be Vodka!  I paired it up with some new paper from Your Next Stamp--Crazy for Coffee.
The Java sentiment is also from Your Next Stamp--Thanks a Latte
The frame die is from Newton's Nook Designs--Framework .

The Wonder of It All

Here's my first 2019 Christmas card!  I recently won a store credit to The Cat's Pajamas and I purchased this darling feline set--Better Not Pout!  I also used the Build-a-Bingo stamp set.  I pulled out an Echo Park holiday paper pack and picked two different gingham patterns. I die due using the Framework dies from Newton's Nook Designs.  (I adore this die set!)  I found some tiny buttons and added them to the bingo board.  One Christmas card down, and so many left to do!

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop--#1

I just love the Coffee Lovers Blog Hops!
Here's my first card that features stencils and dies from Newton's Nook Designs (a Super Sponsor) and stamps from The Cat's Pajamas (another super sponsor).  This is a crazy week, but here's hoping I can find more time to create more cards and to do some blog hopping!

Life is But a Dream

This card features one of my favorite bunny images. I water-colored this  cute guy from The Cat's Pajamas' Aye, Aye Captain stamp set. I used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch by utilizing some pattern paper. Using some dies, I created a porthole to showcase the bunny. I added some Ranger Enamel Dot Accents to finish it off.

Rain, rain, and hopefully some shine!

Having lived in the Pacific Northwest for less than a year, I'm finally understanding that it rains a lot!  The last few days have been very soggy!
To honor this rainy season, I created this card using Newton's Nook Designs' Newton's Rainy Day stamp set. I used alcohol ink to create the background and Distress Oxide Ink with a stencil to create the "raindrops."
Here are some challenges I'm entering this card:
(Wish I had a more snarky sentiment!)

Happy Halloween-Nontraditional Colors

I am not really a big fan of Halloween, but I absolutely LOVE making Halloween cards!  This card features Newton out scary everybody!  I fell in love with the colors from The Color Throwdown challenge!  Therefore, a Halloween card in very nontraditional colors!  I have to say I love it!  I inlaid the watercolored background (The Cat's Pajamas' Frame Up Cutups). I punched the cute tree and added some bark with a black gel-pen. I add a few iridescent sequins. I added some twine and embossed the sentiment (unknown source).
