Sometimes it's the smallest things

I was intrigued with the Twisted Challenge combining coffee with rain, so I decided to give it ago. I mean, I did move to a coffee-loving, rainy part of the country. For my card, I used several Newton's Nook Designs products:  Framework dies, Umbrella Pals stamp set, and Sending Hugs stamp and die set. Then I found this sentiment in the Coffee Talks stamp set by Lil' inkers Designs. I also used the Anytime Tags die set by Lil' inkers. I think this will make a fabulous card to someone with a coffee gift certificate when the days get gray and gloomy!

How Old?

This unicorn just makes me smile with that big cheesy grin!  He is from Gerda Steiner Designs' Moody Unicorn stamp set. I used acrylic paint to create the pink background. Then I die cut it using Reverse Confetti Sunburst Tag. The mini bow is from Lil' Inkers.  I add a bit of bling.

For this card, I've been dying to re-purpose this lemonade stand into a coffee stand. When I moved to western Washington, one of the things I noticed was ALL the different roadside coffee stands!  I thought it would be fun to place this coffee stand on the beach, so all the beach-seeking goers could enjoy a ice or blended coffee as they enjoy their summer walk! I know I would!

'Twas the Night Before Christmas

I just love this little card with the kitty spying on Santa "Claws" as he flies through the sky. This card features the colors from this week's Cupcake Inspirations color challenge. In addition, it features Newton from Newton's Nooks Designs--Newton's Curious Christmas. I used Lil' Inkers' Anytime Tag dies and added some grids to make it look like a window. The kraft paper and the base card are from Stampin' Up. The foil is from DCWV. I was so excited when I saw Simon Says having a tea and coffee theme challenge.  I love having any excuse to pull out my coffee stamps.  This card features a set from Lil' Inkers and a set from My Favorite Things.  I gave this to my hubby, and we walked up to Starbucks to get a frap!
